ClearBlue Markets is excited to announce that Jennifer McIsaac is joining the team as Director of Market Analysis. McIsaac brings two decades of experience in policy analysis and forecast development for environmental commodities—including regional compliance markets for carbon (California/WCI and RGGI), Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) and Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) credits. Prior t joining ClearBlue, McIsaac was Lead Analyst for Low Carbon Markets at S&P Global Platts and Director of Emissions and Clean Energy for PIRA Energy Group, acquired by S&P Global in 2016. Her professional experience in the energy industry also includes positions at NUI Corp., the parent company of several gas utilities, and at Exxon Company, International. McIsaac’s academic foundation includes a B.A. in mathematics from Drew University and an M.A. in economics from Cornell University. As Director of Market Analysis, McIsaac will use her critical knowledge and experience to lead the Market Analysis team. ClearBlue has been ranked Best Advisor/Consultancy for North American carbon markets by Environmental Finance Magazine’s Annual Market Rankings for four years in a row–as a new addition to the team, McIsaac will provide an excellent resource and leader at ClearBlue as we continue to support clients to maximize their opportunities within the global carbon markets.
