Dave is an expert in transaction governance, strategy, and risk management, with over a decade of experience managing a multi-billion-dollar energy purchase portfolio for Enbridge Gas. His expertise spans front-line procurement and sales activities, as well as the development of procurement and sales strategies, process design, negotiation, risk management, contracting, and financial, legal, regulatory, compliance, and governance operations.

Before joining ClearBlue Markets, Dave led Union Gas's carbon market procurement function, overseeing a compliance obligation exceeding 15 million tCO2e annually.

At ClearBlue Markets, Dave heads both the Advisory and Market Access businesses, supporting clients in all aspects of carbon market strategy and transactions. As a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant, he leverages his strong financial expertise and attention to detail to facilitate and advise on successful engagements with ClearBlue’s customers.
