Nathan Slater

Nathan Slater is a Manager, Market Access at ClearBlue Markets, with expertise in executing transactions across carbon credits, offset credits, renewable energy certificates (RECs), and SAF. Nathan has been in the carbon markets for over five years working across several geographies in both voluntary and compliance markets including EU ETS, CORSIA and the VCM.

In addition to facilitating bilateral transactions, Nathan has a strong background in carbon markets consulting and advises clients on to incorporate actions in the carbon markets with business strategy and sustainability objectives, including but not limited to market intelligence, modeling, advocacy, and tailoring contractual agreements for long term investment in the carbon markets. He is known for delivering seamless, client-orientated support across all stages of the transaction process and providing an abundance of knowledge throughout.

Nathan holds a MSc in Sustainable Development with a focus on Modern Slavery and ecological economics alongside a BA degree in Politics and International Relations.

Nathan has almost a decade of consultative sales experience working with both public and private sector alike across multiple continents.
