Richard Myerscough is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in carbon markets, energy, and commodities. He has held senior leadership roles where he built and led large global teams, developed scalable customer-facing operations, and delivered impactful results for clients worldwide. His experience includes driving operational transformations, integrating business units, streamlining processes, andenhancing customer success and retention to support growth and efficiency.

Richard specializes in carbon project development, customer engagement, and advisory services, helping clients design and implement effective carbon frameworks across compliance and voluntary markets.

He holds a Ph.D. in Climate Science from the National Oceanography Centre, UK, and a Master of Earth Sciences from the University of Oxford. As a Certified Energy Risk Professional (ERP®), Richard combines a strong scientific foundation with deep expertise in energy systems and risk management.
