Yan Qin

Yan Qin is a carbon market expert with more than fifteen years of extensive experience in the field. She specializes in quantitative modeling and has worked extensively with European and Chinese carbon markets. Her work focuses on short-term market dynamics, supply-demand forecasting, long-term carbon price projections, and energy policy insights. Previously, she spent thirteen years as lead carbon analyst at the London Stock Exchange Group (formerly Refinitiv) and as a power market modeler at Afry in Norway.  Her market insights are frequently cited by major climate and energy media. Yan holds degrees in economics from the University of Oslo in Norway and Fudan University in China.
